Coins must be returned in their original, unopened protective capsules within the stated return window. Eligibility is confirmed on inspection before any refund is issued.

Return packaging must keep the coin in its original unopened protective capsule, with all included materials. Returns are evaluated against that condition on receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once inspection is complete.

Shipments that arrive damaged or mismatched should be reported to Novari Partners support so the order can be reviewed. Processing timelines and any applicable verification steps are confirmed by the store before launch.
